Amparo Sedito is the owner and instructor of New Preston Pilates.  She stays true to the original Pilates method of body conditioning that was invented by Joseph Pilates. This method develops the body uniformly, corrects posture, restores vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit. Unique to Amparo, she also offers targeted massage therapy which combined with Pilates is a powerful tool in pain management.

The Studio

 

All of our Pilates Equipment in our beautiful studio is made and manufactured in the United States by Gratz, the original Pilates manufacturer used by Joseph Pilates.

 

 

Amparo uses a full array of equipment throughout her studio to target each client's individual needs.
